WELCOME


       Welcome to the cyber space home of the Weiser Forest Fire Wardens Association.  This site has been created for the dedicated individuals who give of themselves so selflessly to protect our forests from the ravages of wildfires.  Long hours of hard work in some of the toughest conditions and lets not forget that a backpack tank is never empty going UP-hill.  This site is for you, the Forest Fire Wardens and Crews of the Weiser State Forest.

Fire Danger Forecast Discussion

Rain returned, soaking the area well Things are greening up very quickly now even in areas that were previously sluggish.  Fire dangers are generally LOW now and barring a drought, will likely stay LOW to MODERATE throughout the vast majority of the district.  This will be the last update 'til October unless drought conditions should develop.
