The forest has greened up
sufficiently to say it is unlikely we will see any
serious wildfires now until Autumn. This is
definitely the earliest green-up we have seen in
many years, but I am not complaining.
Remember, just because things are green, it doesn't
mean there cannot be wildfires. They are
however less likely and of low intensity so common
sense precautions are still necessary to prevent
outdoor fires from escaping into the woods.
Updates will resume in Fall should the need arise,
until then have a fun and safe Summer.
